My "Mario Kart 7" Rant.

What's up with "Mario Kart 7"? Nintendo has never really numbered the Mario Kart series before, so... what makes 7 so special? I have no idea. But just for fun, let's get technical for a second. There really is only one "Super Mario Kart" game. What I mean by that is that only the first game in the series had "Super" in the title, after that it was always just "Mario Kart"...



So, if they really wanted to number it, it should be "Mario Kart 8". But alright, OK, that is a little nit-picky, I'll admit it. But the truth is there were 8 "(Super)Mario Kart" games before "Mario Kart 7" came along.

Now the most obvious conclusion is that they're just not gonna count the arcade games. But why? Just because no one has heard of them? The games exists, just because a lot of people really never heard of these games, that's no reason to just flat out ignore them!

So with that, I say "what's up with Mario Kart 7"?
